As a broker with my client, the role is to generate clients and offer them the highest service and latest information on developments of the market. This requires a social and sharp mindset combined with excellent sales skills.
During the first period, we will guide you on your path towards a successful career by teaching you everything you need to know about the market and products. You will become part of a team of innovative and professional colleagues. Your team leader who is highly experienced in the Environmental Market, brokerage and deal structuring will support you.
From the very first minute of your career with us, we expect you to be pro-active and curious. We offer you the chance to build your own portfolio of customers. You will become the main source of information to these customers. You will learn how to match buyers with sellers and propose (new) deal structures. And last but not least, closing deals!
We are looking for new team members to grow a portfolio of customers on the market of several European countries. You are our perfect candidate if you have at least 5 years of commercial experience (hard criteria), preferably in broking or bonus driven sales. You speak one of these languages at an idiomatic level; French, Italian, German, or Spanish. You are also fluent in English. You have a strong commercial drive and an eager and proactive attitude. Moving to (or living in) Amsterdam is not a problem for you but a big adventure.
