They streamline and simplify the process of buying and selling heavy machinery and equipment. They connect sellers of such equipment with buyers globally. My client's mission is to always provide a personal and positive customer experience, as they link buyers in export markets to sellers and manage the complete sales process. My client is now looking for a Junior Sales Agent to support the supply department from their Rotterdam office on a full-time basis.
This job is suitable for a six-month internship or a career start. In this position you will acquire new sellers for the German market, and you will work in a small, dynamic and fun team. You will be responsible for business development and sales over the phone, as you manage the full sales cycle, while working towards targets and contributing to business growth. This function involves onboarding potential sellers on the advantages of our business proposition, making outbound calls to potential and existing sellers, and proactively following up on ongoing deals and bottom-of-the-funnel leads. You will also create the necessary documentation to process leads down the sales funnel, handle incoming leads by phone, email, social media and via our chat, and update the leads information in our CRM system. This function involves a high degree of smart cold calling as well as negotiating exclusivity and pricing with our sellers.
