Over de functie
As a Static Analysis Engineer, you play a pivotal role in elevating the quality of your clients' software to its highest standard. Your customers operate in industries demanding unparalleled reliability and security, relying on your expertise to navigate complex technological landscapes. Your primary responsibility involves implementing coding standard rules to identify software defects across various programming languages.
Your key responsible are:
- Thoroughly analyzing and comprehending software defects under review;
- Translating identified defects into implementable coding standard rules;
- Implementing coding standard rules using a static analyzer;
- Integrating solutions with existing tool infrastructure.
Jouw kwaliteiten
For this role, we seek an engineering professional with a strong affinity towards software code quality and integrity, combined with a passion for continuous learning and the interest to learn new programming languages as well. The ideal candidate possesses:
- A degree in software science or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development roles;
- Experience in implementing parsers;
- Preferred proficiency in at least three of the following languages: C, C++, Java, Python and C#;
- Prior experience with compiler generators is advantageous.
