Over de functie
As Team Lead Embedded Software Engineering you are responsible for coaching and managing the Embedded Software Team, developing firmware for new and existing pro for different business lines. Currently, the Agile/scrum team exists of 7 enthusiastic Embedded Software Engineers, eager to learn and support you in growing the business. In collaboration with your team, you'll be working on products that focus on capturing, processing and sharing data on body and motion. These products provide premium solutions for animation, human motion measurement, sports, healthcare and industrial applications.
Jouw kwaliteiten
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems or related field
- You have at least 7 years of experience in Embedded Software Engineering
- You're experienced in C, C++ programming
- You're a true team player and have 2+ years of experience leading a team
- Your knowledge of embedded software development for Microcontrollers is outstanding
- You have a high proficiency in English and preferably in Dutch as well
- A technical background of MEMs based sensor technology is a plus
- You're result driven, pragmatic and highly motivated
- You possess excellent communication and social skills
- You have worked with Agile/scrum methodology and practices before
