Over de functie
As a QA Manager, you'll review and supervise applications for certificates. Ensuring that the overall quality assurance goals and plans are meticulously updated and adhered to, you'll also make sure that the software development cycle activities comply with ISO 26262.2018, ISO 214343, ISO 9001, and ASPICE 3.1 standards. Your ultimate objective? Guaranteeing the highest quality standards possible!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and maintaining development procedures and methodologies (following ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434 etc.), aiming at ASPICE level 3
- Implementing these procedures and methodologies, and providing ongoing support to project teams
- Strategizing, driving, monitoring, and reporting on quality activities throughout product development to achieve defined quality goals, in line with ASPICE (level 2) standards
- Assisting project teams in achieving their quality objectives, along with supporting customer audits
- Monitoring (project) management activities
- Regularly monitoring and reporting the ASPICE status
- Providing routine updates on quality status during product/project development
- Being the interface for quality requirements with other projects
- Assessing, documenting, and making crucial decisions regarding the release's quality readiness

You have the following skills and experiences:
- A technical education with a focus on software
- Several years of experience and profound knowledge of embedded software development, preferably in safety- and security-critical environments
- Profound knowledge in coding guidelines, secure and safe coding, code reviews, code analysis, and related tools
- Extensive experience in applying automotive SPICE methodologies in embedded software projects
- Knowledge of ISO 26262, ISO 21434 and agile development methodologies
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, communication and analytical skills
