Over de functie

The HR department is a crucial staff department within the company. Do you have a clear vision on HR policy? Do you want to use your energy to support the entrepreneurial strategy with HR? We are looking for an HR Consultant with persuasiveness. In this entrepreneurial, ambitious and energetic environment you ensure, together with the successful HR team, the right inflow and outflow and an inspiring HR policy. In this position you report directly to the HR Manager and you are a business partner for business partners within the organization.

Jouw kwaliteiten

  • Generate influx of talents (active searching, conducting interviews and conducting assessments);
  • Acting as a point of contact for sales staff;
  • Business partner in the HR field of the Division leaders;
  • Responsible for company's Academy; you provide training in the onboarding process;
  • Ensures up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations in the field of labor law, pensions, working conditions, sickness absence and social insurance;
  • Proactively initiates a contribution to the annual HR plans;
  • A completed HBO education;
  • Good command of the Dutch and English language;
  • At least 4 years of work experience in a comparable position;
  • You are analytical, planned and proactive;
  • Knowledge of AFAS and Excel is a requirement.
