My client is an international tech startup that works hard on revolutionising the industry for buying and selling used construction equipment. They believe that the purchasing of such equipment should be an easy, seamless process, and they always strive to realise that goal for their customers. As they are growing and expanding rapidly, they are looking for a Junior Field Sales Agent. In this position, you will be in charge of securing the supply of machines for their German customer base. This job involves a lot of travel, and ideally you live close by or are willing to relocate to the Ruhrgebiet in Germany.
In this position, you will be in close contact with customers a lot, presenting the company’s services to them in a professional manner. In doing so, you will develop and cultivate strong business relationships with customers to ensure ongoing sales. You will also negotiate exclusivity and pricing with sellers and update the sales information in our CRM system. By these means you continuously strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the business process.
