As a Technical Sales Manager, you will take a leading role in ensuring that an acceptable technical and commercial quotation is provided to the Account Managers within the agreed time frame according to the established procedures (i.e. Customized Product Introduction - CPI, Bid/No-bid, Cost & Pricing, etc.). In doing so you collaborate with Account Managers and the European Contract Manager during customer visits and contract negotiations for complex projects ensuring optimized commercial conditions.You will transfer purchase orders to the Project Manager, provide internal training on customer needs, evaluate current competitive products, and initialize and support new product developments. The function includes reporting accurate sales forecast for financial and operational planning purposes, and assuring all relevant information is passed on to the project team.
