As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for the large national equipment services of my client’s largest customers. You coordinate the relationships with both the head offices and the branches/operating companies of these customers working closely together with the responsible sales managers per region. You will spend the majority of your time with customers, ensuring that the products and services are used and implemented successfully. You supervise the processes and are the first point of contact for both the strategic and operational issues of the customer. You also interact directly with our relevant internal departments, as you guide and establish agreements with these customers. Together with the sales teams, you work on the development of a sustainable partnership with our client.
